LittleMutt.com Terms of Use
These are the Terms of Use as set forth by LittleMutt.com. By entering LitttleMutt.com you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms please cease all viewing of LittleMutt.com. LittleMutt.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice for the safety and enjoyment of our subscribers.
1. Legal Definitions as used
Site or The Website – http://www.LittleMutt.com, http://members.littlemutt.com, and other sites within the LittleMutt.com group.
Member or Subscriber as referred to in this document means: The end user or consumer of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password for the site.
Service – The duration of the member’s active subscription for services of this site.
User ID: The combination of a unique username and password that is sold by LittleMutt.com and used to access the site. A user-id is a license to use the site for a specified period of time.
Bookmarking – Storing a URL into a temporary folder on the members computer for access at a later date.
Billing Provider – The company or service by which funds are transferred to LittleMutt.com for access. Payment will be via one of the Website's chosen billing providers. (Currently the Billing Provider is CCBill.com)
2. Description of Service
The website will provide a username and password for access to LittleMutt.com for the duration the member specifies. This username and password is unique and is non-transferable. If the subscriber violates any of the terms stated here termination of service may occur at any time, with or without notice, by the website.
3. Schedule of Fees
The website offers periodic subscription fees for memberships of different terms, subject to change at any time that are defined by the website and determined by the subscriber at the initial time of purchase. Some subscription fees are one-time payments, with the service terminating at the conclusion of the specified period. Other subscription fees are recurring periodic payments which continue until the end of a period in which the member cancels the service. The member is responsible for all fees during time of service. Once a member has purchased and accessed the website the subscription fee is non-refundable.
4. Automatic Recurring Billing
Recurring fees will continue to be charged until the member cancels service. Until the member cancels service the member authorizes the websites billing provider to charge the subscribers credit card to continue to pay for service.
5. Minimum Specifications
The subscriber will provide a computer system within LittleMutt.com’s minimum specifications. Listed here are the minimum specifications, and some recommended specs, for the subscriber’s use of the website. The website is not able to offer support or issue a refund to the subscriber if the subscriber joins the website and is having problems viewing or downloading content because the subscriber’s computer system does not meet these requirements.

6. Cancellation
If the member would like to cancel service the member must provide the billing company with two of the following: subscription id, credit card number used to purchase the membership, account number, or original e-mail address that was used to access site. Cancellation is not complete until the subscriber receives an e-mail reply from the website. It is the user’s responsibility too ensure that an email confirmation of cancellation is received from the billing company. Please keep track of the day your recurring billing will fall on as subscriptions are non-refundable.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available unless deemed permitable by the website. It is the member’s responsibility to read these terms of use, provide a computer with proper specifications, know when their subscription is due for renewal, be familiar with the features and products that the site has agreed to provide and which products the site has not agreed to provide, and use their membership according to these rules. Any refund will be investigated.
8. Bookmarking of Site
Subscriber agrees that they will not at any time bookmark any page to the site that will allow the subscriber to bypass the terms and conditions of the site upon entering. If such a bookmark exists, said bookmark will constitute full agreement to said terms and conditions as well as to admission that subscriber is of legal age in their state, province, country or region.
9. Authorization of Use
Subscribers to the site are hereby authorized a single license to download material found on the site. This license shall be granted for their private use only. All memberships are provided for the personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities without the express authorization of LittleMutt.com.
Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display.
Authorization shall extend to copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. LittleMutt.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if in its exclusive and unrestricted view the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the site.
10. Unacceptable Abuse of Site.
LittleMutt.com prohibits the use of “spiders”, site scrapers, quad suckers, and any programs similar in operation to gather bulk material from our site. Upon detection, subscribers who unreasonably and excessively download will have their accounts cancelled without refund. We do support and encourage the use of download managers.
11. Transfer of User-id
Access to the site is through a combination of username and password,. Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their username and password to any other person, and are required to keep his or her username strictly confidential. LittleMutt.com will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the subscriber at the email address used when initially subscribing, except as may be specifically required by law or court order.
Unauthorized assess to the site is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the site will track, through the use of special software, each subscriber’s entry to the site by logging of IP address assigned by the Subscribers Internet Service Provider.
If any breach of security, theft or loss of a Username and Password occurs, subscribers must immediately notify LittleMutt.com of said security breach. The Subscriber will remain liable for the unauthorized use of service until the site is notified of the security breach by email, and confirmation of notification is received by the Subscriber. This notification is deemed complete only when the Subscriber has received confirmation of notification.
12.Sanction and Approval of Adult Material
The site is designed to be used and viewed solely by Subscribers who are of legal age in their province, state or locality, and who wish to access visual images, descriptions of a sexually oriented and frankly erotic nature.
Materials available within this site may include depictions that are visually graphic in nature and portrayals of nudity or sexual acts and should not be accessed be anyone who is not of legal age in their province, state or locality, by anyone who finds such material offensive in nature, or by anyone who simply does not wish to be exposed to such materials.
By purchasing a Subscription, you are implicitly making the following statements:
"I swear or affirm, under penalty of Perjury, that I am of legal age in my province, state or locality. I will not permit any persons under the legal age in my province, state or locality to view or access in any way any materials found on this website.
"I understand that by accessing this website, I will be exposed to materials that may include but are not limited to, visual images, and descriptions of a sexually oriented and frankly erotic nature, portrayals of nudity, and sexual acts.
"I affirm that I am not offended by such materials, and that such materials are legal in my community.
"I certify that I wish to view, hear, and access such materials voluntarily, and I choose to do so because I want to view/read/hear or otherwise access such materials for my own enjoyment, information or entertainment. My choice is a manifestation of my interest in such matters.
"I am completely familiar with the standards held in my community, and the material I expect to access in this site fall within these standards. In my experience, the average adult in my community accepts the consumption of such materials by willing adults in circumstances such as this, which offer reasonable insulation from the materials for minors, and unwilling adults. Adults in my community will accept the standards displayed within this site, and will not find any of the material patently offensive."
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
14. Notice
Notices by the site to subscribers will be given by means of electronic messages through the site, or by a general posting on the site. It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to regularly check the email address specified upon joining of the website, to keep the website appraised of email address changes, and to ensure the email address supplied is kept operational and free from any event that might cause "bouncing".
If the Subscribers email address becomes invalid, the Subscriber agrees to hold LittleMutt.com harmless for any expenses incurred on a Subscriber's account (for example, rebilling when a cancellation notice goes un-received by the Subscriber).
Notices by Subscriber may only be given by email. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the site or the Billing Provider may be directed to the Billing Provider or LittleMutt.com. Cancellations of service to the site must be directed to the Billing Provider.
This policy is subject to change, and such changes are effective without notice. LittleMutt.com may publicize notice of change to this Notice at its discretion.
15. Privacy
It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to read and understand the Privacy Policy made available on The Website. By agreeing to this document, the Subscriber understands the Privacy document, and agrees to hold harmless LittleMutt.com or the Billing Provider for any issue arising from use of personal information.

In order to provide our service over the internet, and to manage internet billing services which allow you to subscribe to our site, LittleMutt.com must collect, use, and share certain information about you. This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, how we use it, and how you can contact us in order to ensure the accuracy of the data we collect, use, and share.
The information LittleMutt.com collects from you helps us better serve you by continually updating both our customer database and our electronic payment services. In addition, certain information is collected by and/or shared with our payment processor(s). At the present time, our payment process or is CCBill.

Both LittleMutt.com and our payments processor(s) receives and stores information that you enter when you sign-up (join). This includes:

- Your credit card number, if you sign up using a credit card. LittleMutt.com does not collect or retain your credit card information. This information is collected only by our payment processor(s)

- Your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of our payment processor(s), as indicated on the sign up form
- By entering our site, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use as specified on our entry page, http://littlemutt.com/
Information that we automatically receive:
LittleMutt.com receives and stores certain information whenever you download web pages, or send us e-mail or forms. For example:
- We identify the numerical IP address assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. This information is retained by our Internet Host and used to prevent fraudulent access.
- E-mail Correspondence – We often request a confirmation when you receive and open an e-mail communication delivered by LittleMutt.com. We archive all e-mail sent in and out of our network, and we identify the origination IP address of all e-mail sent into our network. We require that you refrain from "forging headers" or sending "SPAM".
Information We Automatically Store on Your Computer (Cookies):
We routinely save information in cookies on your computer. This consists of the following:
- Your login information, username and password, which allows automated login after you have logged in initially and verifies a valid login
- If you use our member forums, your forum registration information verifying a valid login
- If you visit our site after being referred by an affiliate site, a cookie identifying the affiliate site may be stored on your computer.
- In some correspondence LittleMutt.com also identify the cookies you have stored on your computer that relate to the LittleMutt.com website.
Information from third parties:
From time to time, LittleMutt.com requests and receives information from third parties and compares it to the information that you have provided. The main purpose for this is loss prevention.

LittleMutt.com does not request, or knowingly collect identifiable information from children under the age of 18. LittleMutt.com does not knowingly use or share personal information from users under the age of 18 with third parties. LittleMutt.com does not offer children any promotions involving games, prizes, or any other activity that would induce a child to divulge personal information.
This Privacy Policy was posted in July, 2009. LittleMutt.com reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. LittleMutt.com takes privacy matters very seriously, and intends to stay at the forefront of privacy policy and protection matters.
